TISA Achievement Award 2012 for Teun Hendriks

ESI research fellow Teun Hendriks was unanimously awarded as the winner of the Traveller Information Services Association (TISA) Achievement Award 2012.

TISA: “Over the past few years, Mr Hendriks has been an extremely dynamic personality among the TISA Membership; an expert in TMC (Traffic Message Channel) and TPEG (Transport Protocol Experts Group) technologies, he is the joint-chairman of Technical and Standards Committee and member of TISA Steering Board”.

Teun Hendriks has been research fellow at ESI since 2005. He is involved in the research project Metis, the ESI competence development programme and industrial project assessments. He combines his ESI role with other activities such as consulting and standardisation activities for the traffic and travel information industry worldwide.
