"confirmation of order" and an invoice will be sent.
Cancellation
Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation of participation in a course can only be made in writing (letter, fax, e-mail)
If the cancellation is made no later than one month* before the commencement of the course concerned, € 150,- administrative expenses will be deducted.
If the cancellation is made later than one month* before the commencement of the course concerned, the course participant is not entitled to refund of the course fee.
The course participant may allow another participant to take his or her place, provided he/she informs ESI in writing at least one week before the commencement of the course.

Cancellation by ESI
If ESI cancels the course, the full course fee will be refunded.
Change to a different course period
It is not possible to change your participation of a course to a different
date or course period.

Betaling gaat via "confirmation of order" en factuur.
Annuleren
Annuleren door cursist
U kunt alleen per brief, per fax of per e-mail annuleren.
Tot één maand* voor de startdatum van de cursus is het mogelijk de inschrijving schriftelijk te annuleren. De annuleringskosten bedragen € 150,- .
Wanneer u later dan 1 maand* voor de startdatum of na aanvang van de cursus annuleert, wordt er geen restitutie verleend.
Het is wel mogelijk uw inschrijving over te dragen aan een collega binnen hetzelfde bedrijf. U dient dit uiterlijk 1 week voor aanvang van de cursus schriftelijk aan ESI mee te delen.

Annuleren door ESI
Wanneer de cursus door ESI wordt geannuleerd,
ontvangt u het gehele cursusgeld terug, zonder
annuleringskosten.
Inschrijving omzetten naar een volgende
cursusperiode
Het is in principe niet mogelijk uw inschrijving
om te zetten naar een andere cursus of een cursus in
een volgende cursusperiode.
